National Certificate in Coaching Science - RPL

The Power of RPL
RPL (or recognition of prior learning) is reinventing the way we learn. In a world of increasing regulation, those “under qualified” coaches with years of experience are seeking an accredited coaching qualification to add to their CV for long term career growth. Most are exceptional professionals who have undergone extensive training within their sport federation but have just never had the opportunity to access an accredited qualification. This reduces the study time frame from a year to as little as 3 months at a greatly reduced cost. The entire process can be completed electronically online and provides quick and affordable access to a qualification for the experienced sports coach.

Once accepted for RPL, a portfolio of evidence highlighting coaching knowledge and experience is compiled and submitted for assessment. Upon completion, the National Certificate in Coaching (NQF Level 5) is awarded.
