This short course delves into the science behind Speed & Agility training. You will learn drills and training methods that can be used independently or integrated into current training programmes to improve speed, change of direction and reaction time and, ultimately, enhance overall sport performance. It is intended for continued professional development (CPD) for qualified fitness and sport coaching professionals.
This course is for you if you are passionate about fitness and currently work in the fitness industry and love learning about new methods of training.
The course is recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals South Africa (REPSSA). REPSSA is part of ICREPS; an international confederation of registers for exercise professionals which operates world-wide, allowing members to work anywhere in the world.
This course will provide you with the insight needed when training athletes to achieve optimum performance. These training techniques will add a new dimension to your programming, ensuring that you stay ahead of ever-changing conditioning trends.
