Position: Junior Instructional Designer

Minimum Requirements:

1. A Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Instructional Design or a related field (NQF Level 6 qualification).
2. Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with several years of hands-on expertise in developing learning materials and managing instructional projects.
3. Strong proficiency in working with Moodle or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course creation, content upload, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop engaging learning experiences that align with instructional goals.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content tailored to diverse audiences.
3. Effectively utilize Moodle or other LMS platforms to implement and manage e-learning solutions.
4. Continuously improve course quality by incorporating user feedback and keeping up with best practices in instructional design.

Preferred Skills:

1. A strong understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
2. Familiarity with multimedia tools and e-learning technologies.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
